| The Arts at Cherry Valley are a primary vehicle for learning. Allowing children to find their own voices and modes of expression is central to our constructivist approach to education. At Cherry Valley we create many opportunities for this expression and always attempt to foster a sense of curiosity about the world around us. Our curriculum integrates the Arts through theatrical performance, music, painting, drawing, sculpting, gardening, and woodworking. A wider palet of experience and expression leads to a deeper understanding of the world. |

Check out Cherry Valley's Woodworking Program. Woodworking teaches mechanical skill, design sense, mathematics, attention to detail and persistence. It’s rewards are pride in craftsmanship and the beginnings of a truly useful skill. There’s nothing like hands on work to help kids understand their world. |
